Valuable find: the man bought an old farm at an auction. He found a rare car in the garage

Sometimes you can find interesting old things in old sheds, garages or attics. Some finds are very valuable.

A Chicago resident bought a derelict farm in Iowa at auction. When the man and his friends arrived on their land, a pleasant surprise awaited them in an old shed.

To open this shed, however, you had to sweat a little. It was winter outside and the barn doors were frozen. Therefore, they had to knock off the ice with shovels and a sledgehammer. When it was possible to open these gates, the man in the shed found an old, but what a car – a 1960 Jaguar Mk II.

This car could reach a speed of one hundred kilometers per hour in just eight seconds. And that in 1960! It was found that the car rolled off the assembly line 773rd in a row. This Jaguar is a collector’s dream.

It turned out that the car had been motionless for almost forty years – since 1983. The engine would not start and the underbody was rotting, but everything else was fine. For example, the interior of the car and the windshield have remained in good condition.

The car was black. But it was clear that he was once red. By the way, the interior and rims of the car were of the same color. The American decided not to repair the car and put it up for auction in this form. The initial cost of the Jaguar is 14.8 thousand dollars.
